RiverBend residents will benefit from a
host of amenities that support an active
lifestyle for young couples and growing
families alike. A series of tree-lined walkways
hug the streets throughout RiverBend and
offer easy access to the adjacent Santa

your dog or taking a brisk jog with a friend.
And you will love the easy access to the
adjacent planned public community sports
park...ideal for watching a summer soccer
game or just playing catch with the kids.

Sports
Park
RiverBend
is adjacent to a public sports
park, which is currently under
construction. The sports park will be easily accessible
by all residents, making it the ideal place
to watch a summer soccer game or simply
play catch with your kids. Here, you will
love the variety or sports courts to choose
from, including softball and Little League
fields, soccer fields, a basketball court,
and tennis courts. What's more, the proposed
public sports park will include a multi-purpose
building to house meeting facilities, a
catering kitchen, a snack bar, picnic seating
and barbecues, and restrooms. What better
place to coordinate a community-inspired
sports tournament?*
